Frames

Australian, USA and most European frames contain 16 pages. Italy uses 12 pages per frame and thus requires more frames per exhibit.

US Award Levels
Formerly the US used the following points system: Treatment and Philatelic significance - 30%; Philatelic and related Knowledge and Personal research - 35%; Condition and Difficulty of Acquisition - 30%; Presentation - 5%. However this system has since been discarded. The US award levels are:
